The process for organising Hajj has undergone significant changes.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has authorised a select group of local companies in Saudi Arabia to manage Hajj arrangements for pilgrims from the UK and other Western countries.

Pilgrims must now book their packages exclusively through the online portal Nusuk, selecting from the options provided by these authorised companies. Consequently, UK-based companies no longer sell packages directly or handle any payments.

To improve the pilgrim experience, provide better support, and address past challenges, UK companies are now allowed to collaborate with these authorised Saudi providers. Their role is to focus on promoting the available packages and offering additional assistance to pilgrims throughout their journey.
